Brene Brown said, “What we don’t need in the midst of struggle is shame for being HUMAN.” There is so much strength in that statement. The people that judge and shame us is ourselves. I always say that our biggest critic is self. Shame is self critisism and it is one of the most painful emotions to feel, so much so that it takes over our thoughts and behaviour too. My goal in this workshop is for us to move from “Can I do it, to, do I want to do it?”.
