Mediation as an alternative to litigation and conflict | 9 November 2020 | 10h00

R150.00

Description

Mediation is a form of alternative conflict resolution where parties discuss their disputes with the assistance of a trained, impartial mediator in the hope that they will reach a settlement – bypassing the need for litigation and the excessive costs incurred. Mediation is substantially more effective and faster with increased adherence to agreements. Although mediation has become mandatory in all Civil Cases in SA, many people are not aware of it or do not understand the process. This workshop hopes to remedy this.
